Background
The solicitation is for Custodial Services at United States Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys and Suwon AB. The contract includes a Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary for custodial services at USAG-Humphreys and Suwon Air Base and DeCA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The work includes routine custodial services for various buildings based on different schedules and technical exhibits. The contract also includes requirements for cleaning/restroom supplies, venetian blinds, lighting fixtures, windows (interior/exterior), carpets/rugs cleaning, low dusting, high dusting, spot clean walls/doors/floor, stripping/refinishing & waxing floors, machine scrubbing grouted tile floors, and cleaning barracks for unit's moving in.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base year and four option years. The 1st Option Year is from 1 May 2025 to 30 Apr. 2026, the 2nd Option Year is from 1 May 2026 to 30 Apr. 2027, the 3rd Option Year is from 1 May 2027 to 30 Apr. 2028, and the 4th Option Year is from 1 May 2028 to 30 Apr. 2029.
