Description

The requirement of Custodial Services contains following major Daily Floor Care Cleaning and Periodic Floor Care Cleaning below;

Daily Floor Care Cleaning,

Sweeping and dust mopping,

Vacuuming carpets and rugs,

Wet mopping /damp mopping

Empty waste container

Periodic Floor Care Cleaning,

Spray cleaning and buffing, stripping, coating, and buffing,

Carpet and rug deep cleaning,

Cleaning walk-off mats

Window cleaning.

Custodial services are required for approximately 270 Buildings at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Ikego Housing Area, Yokohama, Tsurumi, Hakozaki, Azuma, Nagai Area.

Site Visit was scheduled on 12 May 2023 at 0900AM at the Bldg. YSK-H-20 (COMMISARY STORE) of Yokosukas Naval Base. Please refer page 57 of 65, paragraph 4. Site Visit Information.

Background
The requirement of Custodial Services contains following major Daily Floor Care Cleaning and Periodic Floor Care Cleaning below. Custodial services are required for approximately 270 Buildings at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Ikego Housing Area, Yokohama, Tsurumi, Hakozaki, Azuma, Nagai Area.
Site Visit was scheduled on 12 May 2023 at 0900AM at the Bldg. YSK-H-20 (COMMISARY STORE) of Yokosukas Naval Base.

Work Details
Description: CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT THE U.S. COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES, YOKOSUKA, JAPAN SOW: hours are from 0800-1645, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal holidays. The performance of other work requirements shall be accomplished within regular working hours unless the specific work requirement specified herein necessitates otherwise.
The Contractor shall attend administrative and coordination meetings. The Pre-Performance Conference meeting shall be held within 14 calendar days after the date of award.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 0800-1645, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal holidays.

Place of Performance
Custodial services are required for approximately 270 Buildings at Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Ikego Housing Area, Yokohama, Tsurumi, Hakozaki, Azuma, Nagai Area.
