Custodial Services at MI053

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. This contract aims to provide custodial services for the Army Reserve Facility MI053 located in Saginaw, Michigan.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include maintaining a clean, sanitary, neat, and professional appearance of the facility. Specific tasks include:
- Daily cleaning of restrooms and common areas.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces as needed.
- Performing periodic deep cleaning tasks as outlined in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 with four (4) twelve-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services.

Army Reserve Facility MI053 located at 460 N Towerline Road Saginaw, MI 48601.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Small Business participation. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in providing custodial services and may be required to have specific licenses or certifications related to janitorial work.
