Background
The contract for Custodial Services at Kunsan Air Base (AB) is issued to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities within the base. The primary goal is to provide a safe and hygienic environment for personnel and visitors, aligning with the mission of maintaining operational readiness and supporting the U.S. military's presence in the region.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to perform a variety of custodial tasks, including but not limited to:
- General cleaning of administrative and industrial areas such as offices, laboratories, warehouses, and conference rooms.
- Specific tasks include sweeping and mopping floors bi-weekly, vacuuming carpets bi-weekly, trash collection/removal twice weekly, and cleaning restrooms twice weekly.
- Advanced cleaning services are required in high traffic areas with daily sweeping and mopping, daily trash removal, and periodic deep cleaning of carpets and floors.
- The Contractor must also ensure proper identification of personnel, maintain safety standards as per OSHA regulations, develop a safety plan for employees, report any hazards or incidents promptly, and comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, and Air Force regulations.
- All cleaning supplies must be non-flammable and non-corrosive with appropriate safety data sheets provided.

The period of performance for this contract will span multiple months or years as specified in the solicitation documents.
