Custodial Service for Area IV (Daegu, Waegwan, Gimcheon and Busan).   2

Background
The solicitation is for custodial services in Area IV, which includes Daegu, Waegwan, Gimcheon, and Busan. The contract is issued by the U.S. government to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities in these locations. The goal is to provide comprehensive custodial services that meet the operational needs of the facilities while adhering to established standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide custodial services for multiple schedules as outlined in Appendix A, including:

1. Schedule 1: Child Care/Youth Facilities (52,155 SF/Mo) - Daegu
2. Schedule 2: Gymnasium Facilities (36,925 SF/Mo) - Daegu
3. Schedule 3: Admin & High Use Community Facilities (44,630 SF/Mo) - Daegu
4. Schedule 4: Other Admin Facilities (123,285 SF/Mo) - Daegu
5. Schedule 5-1: 22 Bldgs located in Camp Henry/Walker (Total: 48,757 SF/Mo)
6. Schedule 5-2: Commissary (22,495 SF/Mo) - CP Walker
7. Schedule 5-3: Medical Facilities (6,630 SF/Mo) - Camp Walker.

Additional services include high dusting, regular cleaning services for BOQs and SEQs located at various camps, and specialized cleaning tasks such as stripping and refinishing resilient tile floors and carpet shampooing.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 11 to 12 months depending on the specific schedule requirements.

Place of Performance
The custodial services will be performed at various locations in Area IV including Daegu, Waegwan, Gimcheon, Busan, Camp Henry, Camp Walker, and other specified facilities.
