Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Far East is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for custodial services at Marine Corps Installations (MCI-PAC) Camp Smedley D. Butler, located in Okinawa, Japan.

The mission of the agency is to ensure the provision of necessary services to support military operations, and this contract aims to provide comprehensive custodial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the installations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to perform recurring and non-recurring custodial work as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contract includes a twelve-month base period followed by six one-year option periods. Specific tasks include:
- Recurring custodial services during the base period from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
- Non-recurring custodial services that may be ordered during the contract period with specified locations and types of work.
