Custodial Service and Food/Medical Waste Management in Chin Hae   2

Background
This solicitation is issued by Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae, located in Chinhae, Republic of Korea (ROK). The mission of the agency is to provide support services to U.S. Navy operations in the region. The goal of this contract is to procure custodial services and food/medical waste management, ensuring a clean and safe environment for personnel and facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel and perform the following tasks:

1. Facilities Custodial Services, which includes cleaning and maintaining various facilities;
2. Food Waste Collection and Disposal Services;
3. Medical Waste Collection, Transportation, and Disposal Services.

The contractor must ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as Attachment 12. The contractor is responsible for maintaining an adequate workforce during operational hours (0800 - 1700 hours, Monday through Friday) except on recognized holidays or when the facility is closed due to emergencies.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with options for four additional years extending through March 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae, located at #1 Hyun-Dong, Chinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do 51698, Republic of Korea.
