Custodial, Grounds, & Related Services at 300 NLA and SSA Huntington

This RFQ is 100% set-aside to SBA Certified 8(a) firms. This requirement is for Custodial, Grounds, and Related Services for Los Angeles Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA and Social Security Administration at 6303 Rugby Avenue, Huntington Park, CA. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of custodial, grounds, and related services as described in the Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) which is provided as an attachment. The BPA awarded from this RFQ will be subject to SCLS wage determination and any revisions for the life of the BPA. This acquisition shall be conducted using the policies and procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405 - Ordering procedures for Federal Supply Schedules.
