Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 502D Air Base Wing at Joint Base San Antonio, is seeking potential small business contractors to provide custodial deep cleaning services at Building 901.

The goal of this contract is to perform restorative maintenance that exceeds routine custodial care, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and extending the lifecycle of the facility's interior surfaces.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary for a comprehensive Custodial Deep Clean at Building 901. The services include:
- **Strip, Seal, and Wax (or Scrub and Recoat)**: All non-carpeted floors must undergo restorative floor care with old finish removed and new layers of high-grade, slip-resistant finish applied.
- **Deep Soil Extraction**: All carpets must be deep cleaned using hot water extraction or an equivalent method, including pre-treating heavily soiled areas and removing spots and stains.
- **Restorative Sanitation & Descaling**: A heavy-duty deep clean of all restrooms is required, including aggressive machine-scrubbing of floor grout and complete descaling of toilets, urinals, and sinks.
- **Detail Dusting**: Cleaning and sanitizing all HVAC intake/exhaust vents, light fixtures, ceiling fans, high corners, and window blinds to remove accumulated dust and debris.
- **Detail Scrubbing**: Manually scrubbing all baseboards, floor edges, and corners to remove dirt and mop-splash buildup.
