Background
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. Currency banknotes and other U.S. security products.

The BEP has a requirement to establish a single-award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the currency packaging films requirement for its Washington, DC Currency Facility (DCF) and Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, TX.

The primary customer for these products is the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).

Work Details
The contractor will provide various types of currency packaging films necessary for the transport of U.S. currency.

The specific items required include:

- Brick Wrap, Stock Item No. 1L001937
- Cash Pak (Blue), Stock Item No. 1L001938
- Cash Pak (Red), Stock Item No. 1L001939
- Cash Pak (Green), Stock Item No. 1L001970
- Cash Pak (Black), Stock Item No. 1L001973
- Cash Pak (Purple), Stock Item No. 1L002022
- Cash Pak (Gold), Stock Item No. 1L002023

These items will be delivered in rolls and are to be used on BEP packaging processing equipment including COPE presses and Large Examining and Printing Equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover multiple ordering periods starting from February 4, 2026 through February 3, 2029.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s Washington D.C. location (DCF), Landover, MD location (LND), and Western Currency Facility (WCF).
