Background
The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of the Treasury responsible for designing, engraving, and printing U.S. banknote currency and other security products. The manufacturing of banknote currency takes place at BEP's District of Columbia Facility (DCF) in Washington, DC, and the Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX. The primary customer for BEP's products is the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). This solicitation seeks to procure various types of Currency Package Film necessary for packaging U.S. currency.

Work Details
The BEP requires a continuous supply of Currency Packaging Films to be used as packaging material for transporting U.S. currency at both the DCF and WCF. The films must meet the specifications established under Specification Number F: SW-7, dated April 10, 2025. The types of films required include:
- Bundle Shrink Films
- Center Fold Bundle Shrink Films
- Brick Shrink Film
- Center Fold Brick Shrink Film
- Cash-Paks
These materials must be compatible with BEP packaging processing equipment such as BEP COPE presses Super Numerota No. 2 and Model 212, Large Examining and Printing Equipment (LEPE), and the Inspection Finishing System (IFS). The goal is to ensure high-quality packaging films are consistently supplied to the BEP.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a five-year ordering period.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s District of Columbia Facility (DCF) in Washington, DC, and the Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, Texas.
