Cultural Resources Services - Tulsa District Various Locations

Background
The MATCO Contract for Cultural Resources Services in the Tulsa District involves providing cultural resources investigation of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District (USACE), managed lands in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas or lands that USACE will contract or perform work. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) with an estimated total capacity of $6.5 million over five years. The work shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's 'Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation' or the 'Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties'.

Work Details
The tasks under this contract include providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Cultural Resources services and investigations as defined in the Performance Work Statement. This involves conducting cultural resources investigations to inventory cultural resources over 50 years of age, assess damage to sites, evaluate historic properties, structures, and built environments, conduct archaeological investigations by relocating previously recorded sites, and provide site protection/monitoring within specific areas managed by or worked on by the Tulsa District as mandated by Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The Contractor shall establish and implement a quality control plan to ensure contract compliance and provide a Daily Quality Control Inspection schedule to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to determine if services meet the contract requirements and specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one base period of five years with an option to extend for an additional six months at the existing Base Period Year 5 rates if necessary.

The work under this contract will be performed at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District (USACE), managed lands in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas Projects or lands that USACE will contract or perform work.
