Cultural Resources Inspection Services   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, is issuing this contract to assist in the accomplishment of multidisciplinary cultural resource services within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS).

The mission of USACE Mobile is to deliver vital engineering solutions that secure the nation, energize the economy, and reduce disaster risk. This contract aims to support various programs including Civil Works, Environmental Infrastructure, and Emergency Operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide cultural resources inspection services which include:

1. Cultural Resources Investigations: Conduct terrestrial and marine archaeological investigations, historic architectural services, and historic building documentation.

2. Cultural Resources Management Planning and Reporting: Develop cultural landscapes assessments, Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plans (ICRMPs), Historic Property Management Plans (HPMPs), and reports under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).

3. Artifact and Material Management: Manage conservation of artifacts and materials, conduct curation assessments, inventories, and assist in creating agreement documents.

The contractor must also demonstrate a comprehensive technical approach to performing these services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be five years, consisting of a base year followed by four additional 12-month periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS).
