Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ), to solicit authorized resellers of Cuattro brand name only products for the purpose of establishing a one-time, firm-fixed-price, contract to acquire Cuattro brand name Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) systems and associated components for the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized resellers of Cuattro brand name products for the purpose of establishing a one-time, firm-fixed-price contract to acquire Cuattro brand name Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) systems and associated components for the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). This solicitation is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns.

Work Details
The FBI requests a firm-fixed pricing for the brand name products listed. The brand name listed is Cuattro. Contractor shall be an authorized reseller of the requested Cuattro products and provide a certificate or authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to be considered for award. The specific products required include: Tactical Wireless, Glass-Free Flat Panel Detector, 25cmx30cm; Cuattro Tactical/Bomb Tech Software; Tactical Windows GO3 Tablet (Console); Detector to tablet USB-C Cable; Tactical Case for 1012 detector and SurfaceGO; On-Site Training. All deliveries under this order shall be FOB destination and delivered to Quantico, Va. 22135.

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be made within 90 days or less After Receipt of Order (ARO). Offers shall be valid for 60 calendar days from closing of posting.

Place of Performance
All shipping associated with this contract shall be FOB Destination to Quantico, VA 22135.
