CT Injection System-Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC)   2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00094 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a CT Injection System to support CT imaging services for primary, urgent, and emergency patient care at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) located in Zuni, NM.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
