Background
The U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey, self-service enclosed laundry facility with 42 sets of electric stacked laundry centers. The facility will be used 24/7 and will handle various types of laundry, including socks, undergarments, t-shirts, physical fitness uniforms, and army combat uniforms. The facility must be climate controlled and maintain an average internal temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide a grey water removal service.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for delivering, assembling, and maintaining the temporary enclosed turnkey laundry facility. They must ensure that the facility is fully operational from May 31, 2024, to August 21, 2024. The laundry facility should be able to withstand 55 MPH winds and maximize energy and water conservation. The contractor is also responsible for providing necessary repairs or replacements within specified times and disposing of grey water at the Fort Knox Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from May 31, 2024, to August 21, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Logistics Support Area (LSA) Densberger located at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
