Background
The Army Contracting Command New Jersey, in support of the 99th Readiness Division, has a requirement for replacing light fixtures. The agency's mission is to ensure readiness and operational capability through effective management of resources. This contract aims to enhance the lighting systems within specified facilities by retrofitting existing fixtures to energy-efficient LED options, thereby improving energy efficiency and compliance with federal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, services, and materials necessary for the replacement of light fixtures as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include:
- Repairing and replacing interior lighting luminaires in the Main Training building and BMA/OMS buildings using retrofit techniques to convert existing luminaires to energy-efficient LED lamps.

- All work must be performed under the supervision of a certified Electrical Technician.
