CSOJTF-L Atmospheric Reporting and Publicly Available Information Analysis   2

Background
The solicitation is for Atmospheric Reporting and Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analysis services to be provided in support of the CSOJTF-L (Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - Levant) at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The contract requires highly-trained professionals, native speakers of the target languages, to provide full-service cultural knowledge, linguistic services, political, journalistic, editorial, media, and information technology subject matter expertise.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a range of services including atmospheric reporting and PAI analysis. Specific tasks include providing escorts when required, furnishing all necessary supplies, equipment, facilities and services required to perform work under the contract, reporting all contractor manpower required for performance of the contract, providing Defense Base Act Workers’ Compensation insurance, and conducting iWATCH training for employees. The contractor is also responsible for providing transportation, life support services, and materials necessary to meet the requirements under the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 12 months ending September 30 of each Command fiscal year. The contract will be performed over multiple months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
