CS-GRTE001 INTELLECTUAL PROP PURCHASE
Background
The National Park Service (NPS), part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is seeking to acquire trademarks from Grand Teton Lodge Company (GTLC) to ensure the continuity of visitor services in Grand Teton National Park.

This contract is part of the WASO Commercial Services Program and aims to secure both registered and common law trademarks associated with a specific concession contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the purchase and legal assignment of the following intellectual property:

- Common Law Trademarks:
