Background
The National Guard Bureau is issuing a justification for a contract related to the FORTS Upgrade Configuration. Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and installation of two (2) solid TSCIF end walls. This work includes the removal of existing double-door walls and the tandem connection. The justification states that Elite Aluminum Corporation is the sole installer and proprietary owner of the TSCIF configuration, which necessitates their involvement to ensure warranty coverage and compliance with TSCIF certifications.

The work will be performed at the Savannah CRTC, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Only Elite Aluminum Corporation can perform this work due to their proprietary ownership of the TSCIF modular system. Any alterations made by another contractor would not be covered under warranty and would jeopardize necessary TSCIF certifications.
