This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

75H1225Q-008KN is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service intends to contract for the rental of one (1) generator to be used for backup and emergency purposes at the Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) Peach Spring Clinic. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR
13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.

AMENDMENT #001: Revises the Statement of Work (SOW) and confirms the requirement is for one (1) generator.

Background
The Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) serves nearly 13,000 members in the tribal communities of Parker, AZ; Peach Springs, AZ; Supai, AZ; Havasu Lake, CA; and Moapa, NV. CRSU is headquartered at Parker Indian Health Center in Parker, AZ. The facilities are accredited through The Joint Commission.

The Peach Spring Clinic is requesting the rental of an emergency generator for its Life Safety system, which will be utilized only during emergency situations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide an emergency generator rental for the Peach Spring Clinic. The generator must meet the following specifications:
- Alternator (208/240/480)
- Tier rating: Tier IV
- Design: 4 cycle, in-line, turbocharged and after-cooled
- Bore: 107 mm (4.21 in.)
- Stroke: 124.0 mm (4.88 in.)
- Displacement: 6.69 liters (408 in3)
- Cylinder block: Cast iron, in-line 6 cylinder
- Engine battery capacity: 2 x 760 cca
- Battery charging alternator: 70 amps
- Starting voltage: 24 volt, negative ground
- Fuel system: Direct injection HPCR system
- Fuel filter: Dual Spin on fuel filter with water separator
- Air cleaner type: 2-stage, dry replaceable element with dust ejector
- Lube oil filter type(s): Single spin-on, full flow.
