This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract.

Background
The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this solicitation for Multiple Modality Preventative Maintenance Services at the Crow Service Unit, located in Crow Agency, Montana.
