The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) in the Greater Southwest Region is seeking technical support services for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC)/Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD)/Cyber Mission Systems Branch (HNCO) for Information Technology (IT) operational and engineering expertise. The contractor will provide technical expertise and advising in dealing with emerging cyber threats, supporting delivered capabilities, system certification and accreditation, fielding of capabilities, developing testing, documentation and training products, and architecture of cyber security systems. The period of performance is anticipated to be one base period of 2 months, with three option periods of 1 month each. The work will be performed at the AFLCMC HNC government facilities in San Antonio, TX.

The contractor will be responsible for providing technical, operational, and cybersecurity support to the AFLCMC CCSD and HNCO branch. This includes dealing with emerging cyber threats, supporting delivered capabilities, system certification and accreditation, fielding of capabilities, developing testing, documentation and training products, and architecture of cyber security systems. Specific tasks include system architecture design and prototyping, developmental/sustainment engineering and accreditation, material procurement, software integration and field operations, and test/validation/training. The contractor will be required to deliver various documents and reports as specified by the government.

The anticipated period of performance for this contract is one base period of 2 months, with three option periods of 1 month each. The work will primarily be performed onsite at the AFLCMC HNC government facilities in San Antonio, TX. However, telework may be authorized with approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The contractor will be responsible for implementing a telework program that includes monitoring telework employees and their tasks. Quality control measures will be implemented to ensure that services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the contractor's performance will be evaluated in areas such as technical performance, schedule and timeliness of deliveries, cost control, and management or business relations.
