Background
This procurement is restricted to approved companies eligible for call orders under the R3 Southwest Stewardship BPA for the Cibola National Forest in New Mexico.
The goal of this contract is to manage and execute stewardship activities that contribute to ecosystem restoration and resource protection within the forest area.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks including:
1. Developing a Work Activity Plan that minimizes resource damage while meeting project objectives.
2. Describing methods for accomplishing Mandatory and Optional Work Items, ensuring public safety through coordination with relevant authorities.
3. Implementing operations in an orderly manner, particularly during road closures, with emphasis on timber and debris removal methods.
4. Providing details on equipment to be used, including make and model, for both Mandatory and Optional Work Items.
5. Listing key personnel assigned to the project, detailing their roles including Project Manager and Supervisors.
6. Submitting a general operations plan with estimated start and completion dates for all work items, illustrating how timeframes will be met.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted within the Cibola National Forest, specifically in the Sandia Ranger District.
