This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
All work will be done in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 11 February 2025 and all other supporting documents.
Offers will be due on 11 April 2025; questions will be due no later than 21 March 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-07:00). All questions must be submitted via email to TSgt Kaitlin Hassman at kaitlin.hassman@us.af.mil.

This solicitation was amended on 25 March 2025 for the purpose of attaching RFI questions and answers and updated Provisions and Clauses.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the United States Air Force for the provision of propane services at Creech Air Force Base (AFB) and the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR).

The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of propane for heating and hot water needs across various facilities on the installations, which are critical for operational readiness.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver propane to Creech AFB and NTTR.

The service includes transporting propane to the installation and filling associated propane tanks at various locations. The tanks vary in size from 250 gallons to 9,200 gallons.

The contractor is required to maintain a servicing schedule that ensures each tank has enough propane for continuous operation of associated equipment. Urgent delivery requests must be fulfilled within 24 hours. Monthly invoicing will be conducted through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

Period of Performance
From May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026.

Creech AFB located in Indian Springs, NV, and NTTR located near Nellis AFB in Nevada.
