Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for four (4) Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) Facilitators. This requirement supports the mission of providing religious enrichment and personal development programs to military personnel and their families.

The goal of the contract is to facilitate core programs that enhance personal and family resilience.

Work Details
The contractors will facilitate Core Programs including: Marriage Enrichment Retreats, Family Enrichment Retreats, Personal Resiliency Retreats, and Personal/Professional Growth Retreats.

The Contractor shall provide a turnover and familiarization period to the follow-on Contractor at no additional cost. The Contractor must furnish qualified, experienced personnel and shall not employ any person who is a current employee of the United States Government without prior approval. Personnel substitutions must be notified in advance, and all substitutes must have qualifications equal to or higher than those being replaced. Employees must cease operations during command shutdowns or severe weather, and all work must be secured before leaving the work area. Background investigations are mandatory for contractor employees, especially those working with children.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Station (NS) Mayport, FL; Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL; Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL; and Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport, MS.
