Background
The 402d Maintenance Group (MXSG) at Robins Air Force Base is seeking to procure a Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit. This contract aims to provide essential tools and training for the corrective maintenance team, enabling them to reverse-engineer critical components locally. This initiative is intended to reduce reliance on long lead-time procurements and expedite the return-to-service of mission-critical equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver and set up the following items:
1. Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit - Quantity: 1 Each
2. Scan-to-CAD Pro and Geomagic Design X Professional Perpetual License - Quantity: 1 Each
3. On-Site Training - Quantity: 1 Each
4. CDRL A001 DI-TMSS-80527B Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manuals - Quantity: 1 Each
5. CDRL A002 DI-IPSC-80942 Digital Software on Hardware Disk or Thumb - Quantity: 1 Each
6. CDRL A003 DI-QCIC-80798C/T Calibration Certificate - Quantity: 1 Each
7. CDRL A004 DI-MGMT-80368A/T Status Report/EMS Training - Quantity: 1 Each
8. CDRL A005 DI-MGMT-80368A/T Status Report/EnMS Training - Quantity: 1 Each
9. CDRL A006 DI-SAFT-82080/T Contractor's Safety Plan - Quantity: 1 Each
10. CDRL A007 DI-SAFT-81563 Accident/Incident Report - Quantity: 1 Each.
All items are required as per the Purchase Description dated September 16, 2026, and are subject to firm fixed pricing.

Delivery is expected within 90 calendar days from the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must provide authorized distributor or OEM documentation for the Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit.

The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Maintenance Group (MXSG), Robins Air Force Base, all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor necessary to deliver and setup the Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit, accompanying software, accessories, warranties, and calibration will be provided to the the 402d MXSG, Robins AFB. The system allows the corrective maintenance team to quickly reverse-engineer critical components locally, mitigating dependency on long lead-time procurements and expediting the return-to-service of mission-critical equipment.

This is a Brand Name requirement, only the Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit is required for this contract.
