The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Craneworks, Inc. for crane test weights in support of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is issuing a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Craneworks, Inc. for crane test weights to support the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG).

NAVELSG is responsible for Expeditionary Reload Companies and requires these items to complete the annual certification of their 110-ton Link Belt HTC 86110 crane. The contract aims to ensure the operability and safety of the crane through the provision of specialized equipment that meets specific technical requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. Crane Test Weights: 14 each, with specific weight capacities:
- 5 weights at 20,000 lbs
- 3 weights at 10,000 lbs
- 1 weight at 7,500 lbs
- 4 weights at 5,000 lbs
- 1 weight at 2,500 lbs
Total Weight Package: Fourteen (14) weights totaling 160,000 lbs.
Dimensions for each weight are approximately:
- Each 20,000-pound plate: ~5' x 10' x 1'
2. Test Weight Covers: 3 each, designed to protect stacks of test weights.
3. Slings and Shackles:
- Two sets (4 slings total) of high-performance twin-path round slings (one set of 50-foot slings and one set of 30-foot slings).
- One quenched and tempered forged alloy steel shackle with a capacity of 120 tons, hot-dip galvanized and compliant with ASME B30.26 standards.

Period of Performance
The required delivery date for all items is May 12, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group located at Cheatham Annex in Williamsburg, Virginia.
