2. Amend to update Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) daily rate (1-4 days) and weekly(5-19 days) with constraints up to the maximum Qtys.

Title: Crane Support Services
Description(s): To provide crane support services for loading and offloading capabilities of HVAC units, electrical transformers, fuel tank and other heavy materials at various locations aboard the MCAGCC 29 Palms installation. The contractor will provide port to port crane support with qualified certified operator and rigger. All heavy equipment shall be safe and fully operational. Period of Performance will be 01 JUN 2024 through 31 MAY 2025.

Synopsis:
This synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/supplies is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised for Small Business vendors only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is M6739924Q0019.
Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 238990 size standard $19.0 million. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. Selection will be based primarily on the lowest cost technically acceptable. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.

BASIS FOR AWARD:
The competition is 100% SBA total set-aside.
Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who provides the best value to the Government.
Evaluations and consideration will be made based on the lowest cost technically acceptable, past performance and qualification criteria. References may be requested. The Government intends to issue a firm fix price award. The Government reserves the right not to award if it is determined not to be in best interest of the Government.
