Background
The U.S. Army is seeking Crane Rental Services with operators and riggers to support operations at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This contract aims to provide essential material handling equipment services during the JPMRC 26-02 exercise, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and movement of equipment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide crane rental services with operators and riggers for scheduled and unscheduled material handling activities at specified locations including the Donnelly Training Area (DTA) and Fort Wainwright. The contractor must obtain all necessary licenses and permits for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The service includes:
1. Scheduled Services: Crane rental with operator for loading/unloading equipment on/off rail cars and flatbed trailers.
2. Unscheduled Services: Emergency material handling services as requested by the contracting office.
3. Compliance with safety regulations including the development of an Accident Prevention Plan, activity hazard analysis, and provision of personal protective equipment for all personnel on site.
4. Training requirements for contractor personnel including Anti-Terrorism Level I Training, OPSEC Training, iWATCH Training, Information Assurance Training, and PII training.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 26 to March 4, 2026.
