Enclosed with this posting is a solicitation for Craft Portal Crane Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) II to modernize up to seven 60/15 ton portal cranes at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF (PSNSY). This announcement constitutes the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, using best value source selection procedures.
