Solicitation amended to address the following questions received.

Question 1: Is there an Incumbent or is this a Brand New Project? Answer - New Requirement.

Question 2: Should there be a Maximum of 10 students or a Minimum of 10 students? Answer - Maximum of 10 students.

Question 3: How often will we be able to invoice? What are the terms of payment (Net 30,45)? Answer - Due to the dollar amount no partial payments. Payment will be made per WAWF clause in solicitation.

Question 1: I am assuming that the 52 classes over the 24 months will be provided with 1 or 2 classes on the same day once a month. Is this correct? Answer - Class will be held monthly on a schedule determined by NUWCDIVNPT and the vendor.

Question 2: How would you like them to submit a quote? Email a total invoice for all the years of service? Answer - Email your quote per the solicitation instructions in SAM.

Question 3: What do you require for this RFQ. Do you just like for me to email the candidate resume and an invoice for the period of performance? Answer - Email me your quote per the solicitation instructions in SAM.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Adult CPR/AED/First Aid training services. The goal of this contract is to provide training for employees to obtain and maintain their certifications in Adult CPR/AED/First Aid, which are valid for two years. This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor will provide face-to-face training onsite at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, located at 1176 Howell Street, Newport, RI. Each class will accommodate a maximum of 10 students and will be held monthly. The specific training day will be determined by NUWCDIVNPT and the contractor. Responsibilities include providing all class materials such as mannequins, trainer AED equipment, first aid materials, and videos (which should be accessible on the instructor’s laptop). Upon successful completion of the course, the contractor must issue a course completion certificate and wallet card to each attendee. The contract includes an initial Base Year with options for additional classes.

Period of Performance
The initial Base Year is anticipated from September 2024 to November 2024, with options extending from December 2024 to September 2026.
