Description

The purpose of this requirement is as follows:

To finalize activities and close-out the remaining activities for the UIP, ARP Rural, and the PRF General and Targeted Distribution programs and transfer data to the Government. The activities covered by this contract include: processing of payment returns; supporting providers through Provider Support Services; responding to law enforcement requests; responding to requests pertaining to audits/assessments; and continuing to support provider Communications and Correspondence, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and Congressional and media requests for PRF and UIP as they wind down.

Background
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is issuing this contract to finalize activities and close-out the remaining activities for the COVID-19 Uninsured Program (UIP), ARP Rural, and the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) General and Targeted Distribution programs.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a smooth transition and data transfer to the Government as these programs wind down, addressing the ongoing needs arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Work Details
The contract encompasses several key tasks including:
- processing payment returns;
- providing support to healthcare providers through Provider Support Services;
- responding to law enforcement requests;
- addressing inquiries related to audits and assessments;
- maintaining support for provider communications and correspondence.

Additionally, it includes handling Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, as well as Congressional and media inquiries related to the PRF and UIP programs.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance includes one base period of six months, followed by two optional periods of twelve months each, starting in October 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Optumserve Technology Services, Inc., located at 10480 Little Patuxent Parkway Suite 31, Columbia, MD 21044.
