COVID-19 Food Catering Service BPA (Baton Rouge, LA

The purpose of this requirement was to solicit a quote from Baton Rouge General Medical Center as needed, ad hoc purchases of food service support consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight rations for 74 Navy Medical Professionals supporting COVID-19 operations in Baton Rouge, LA. As a result of this RFQ, MICC-Fort Stewart anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering this service. This will allow MICC-Fort Stewart to place individual call orders, on an as-needed basis, for the procurement of these items over the next five (5) months. The Vendor shall furnish the services described in any calls placed by MICC-Fort Stewart under this BPA. Please keep in mind, a BPA is not a binding contract, they are agreements, and as agreements, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA.
