Amendment 0002:

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) extend the deadline for submission of proposals from 5:00 PM ET November 18, 2021, to 12:00 PM ET November 19, 2021, 2) revise Attachment A - Performance Work Statement, and 3) revise section F of the solicitation.

Amendment 0001:

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) extend the deadline for submission of proposals from 2:00 PM ET November 16, 2021 to 5:00 PM ET November 18, 2021, 2) provide answers to offeror questions, 3) revise Attachment A - Performance Work Statement, 4) provide Attachment A - Past Performance Questionnaire, and 5) revise sections B, F, H, J, L, and M of the solicitation.

The purpose of this contract is to process and distribute reimbursement to health care providers for COVID-19 vaccine administration fees and COVID testing on behalf of individuals with a health plan that does not fully cover COVID-19 vaccine administration or COVID testing as a benefit.
