Courtroom AV Solicitation.

Period of Performance will be from the date of award through a 12-month period.

Vendors must detail how your non-brand offering meets the specifications of the brands that are listed in the spreadsheets in the Schedule B.

A firm-fixed price award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Delivery is desired within 100 days after receipt of offer.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing audio-visual systems as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Maintaining an inspection system acceptable to the judiciary covering service performance, with records available for review during contract performance and for three years post-acceptance.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet several qualifications:
1. Must currently hold an active Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts for A/V installation services or have completed a full 5-year term under such a BPA within the last 7 years.
2. Minimum of 5 years successful installation experience on similar A/V projects.
3. Completion of at least 3 similar installations within the last 2 years.
