Courtroom AV 3.400 (SO1-26-0002)

Background
The U.S. District Court is issuing a solicitation for audio-visual (AV) installation services for Courtroom AV 3.400.
The goal of this contract is to enhance courtroom technology in line with the court's mission to provide effective and efficient judicial services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing audio-visual systems as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Key tasks include:
1. Installation of A/V systems that meet the specifications outlined in Schedule B.
2. Ensuring all installations comply with the required control system hardware and software, including touch panels and central processing units.
3. Custom programming of control systems must be performed by a factory-trained and certified programmer who is a direct employee of the installer.
4. Maintaining an inspection system acceptable to the judiciary covering service performance, with records available for review during contract performance and for three years post-acceptance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will commence from the date of award and extend through a 12-month period.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the U.S. District Court located at 351 S. West Temple, Suite 1.100, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet several qualifications:
1. Must currently hold an active Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts for A/V installation services or have completed a full 5-year term under such a BPA within the last 7 years.
2. Minimum of 5 years successful installation experience on similar A/V projects.
3. Completion of at least 3 similar installations within the last 2 years.
