Description

Background. CSOSA was established under Section 11232 of the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997 to effectuate the reorganization and transition of functions relating to pretrial services, parole, adult probation and offender supervision in the District of Columbia to a Federal Branch Agency. Effectively supervise adults under our jurisdiction to enhance public safety, reduce recidivism, support the fair administration of justice, and promote accountability, inclusion and success through the implementation of evidence-based practices in close collaboration with our criminal justice partners and the community. CSOSA is responsible for the supervision of all probationers and parolees held under the authority of any United States or District of Columbia statute, or any other lawful authority and entrusted to the District.

Objective. To provide organizations and vendors who may become future CSOSA business partners with an understanding of CSOSA's requirements for Residential Treatment Services and Supportive Housing Services.

Who should attend: Any organization or vendor interested in learning more about the CSOSA requirements for Residential Drug Treatment Services and Supportive Housing.

When: March 15, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM (Local Washington, DC Time)

Where: This will be a Zoom teleconference.

How will the Presentation take Place: This is a virtual Industry Day Zoom event. CSOSA presenters will provide information on anticipated Residential Treatment Services and Supportive Housing Services. CSOSA will record this Industry Day Zoom event. A link to the recording and the Presentation materials will be posted on SAM.Gov within two (2) days following the meeting.

Questions: Limited questions will be allowed following each presentations. The agency will allow participants and interested parties to submit additional questions within two (2) business days following this event. Interested parties must submitted questions no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on March 17, 2022. Interested parties and participants must email questions to Industry.Day-RDTS-SHS@csosa.gov. CSOSA will post Questions and Answers on SAM.gov within 10 business days following the event.

Registration: Attendees are required to pre-register. You will receive a return email with the Zoom link for the meeting. Registration is limited to two (2) individuals per organization. Please provide the following information for each event attendee to Industry.Day-RDTS-SHS@csosa.gov no later than 5:00 PM EDT on March 11, 2022: first name, last name, email address, phone number and name of your organization or firm.
