Court Reporting

Background
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is issuing this solicitation for nationwide court reporting services, including digital court reporting, stenotype, videographer, and virtual court reporting services. This acquisition is set-aside for women-owned small business concerns. The goal of the contract is to provide reliable and efficient court reporting services to support OCC's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Court Reporting and other required services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Individual service quote pricing shall be in accordance with the Addendum A - Service Pricing table. The contract type is Firm Fixed Unit Price at a 'Not-To-Exceed (NTE)' total amount, meaning OCC will only pay for actual services rendered at the unit prices agreed to.

2. Videographer services as specified in the Performance Work Statement, also following the same pricing structure and contract type as above. Under no circumstance shall the Contractor provide services that exceed the total price of this CLIN.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with options to extend through June 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at multiple locations primarily at OCC Headquarters located at 400 7th Street SW, Washington DC 20219.
