Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) is seeking to award one or more five-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Court Reporter Services for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) medical facilities listed in Attachment A. The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN’s) 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22. All VA facilities within the WSNC will be authorized to order items listed in the price/cost schedule. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) for Court Reporting Services. Notice of total small business set-aside.

Work Details
Under this agreement, the BPA holder shall provide Court Reporter Services for Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) medical facilities, as ordered on individual Task Orders (TO). All WSNC facilities listed in Attachment A are authorized to order any item listed on the Price/Cost Schedule on Attachment B. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, certifications, supervision, and all other technologies and technical services to provide Court Reporter services for the WSNC facilities. The services required will be used for Administrative Investigations, Disciplinary Appeals Boards, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) hearings, Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) hearings, Disciplinary Appeals Board hearings, Office of Resolution Management, Regional Counsel Requirements, and any other meetings that require legal documentation.
