Courier Services

Background
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires ongoing courier services for the delivery of boxes and mail to various offices, off-site training locations, and post offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metropolitan area.

The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient and reliable courier services to support IRS operations at specified locations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, vehicles, materials, and incidentals necessary for commercial courier services.

Specific tasks include:
1. Daily pickup and delivery of mail/boxes among designated IRS locations within a 60-mile radius of the 1100/1114 Commerce Street office in Dallas, TX.
2. Providing manifest sheets or delivery tickets for each pickup point.
3. Daily pickups at the IRS office located at 1100/1114 Commerce Street from Monday through Friday, excluding Government Holidays.

Period of Performance
Base Year: March 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027; Option Year 1: March 1, 2027 – February 29, 2028; Option Year 2: March 1, 2028 – February 28, 2029; Option Year 3: March 1, 2029 – February 28, 2030; Option Year 4: March 1, 2030 – February 28, 2031.

Place of Performance
Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area including specific locations at:
1. 1100/1114 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75242;
2. 4050 Alpha Road, Farmers Branch, TX 75244;
3. 5555 N. Beach Street, Fort Worth, TX 76137.
