** 17 May 2021 Update**

1. SON paragraph 2.93. Portable Power Station Kit, the item description states that the kit must include 2ea 1000Wh portable solar panels (foldable) should read 100W.

2. Page 3 of Attachment 3 (Instructions), under Volume II Contracting, Section 1 - Price, the instructions states that Shipping costs will be reimbursed as a FFP direct reimbursable under shipping CLINs 0002 and 0003 and will not be factored into the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). Estimated shipping costs are still required.

3. Attachment 2 includes a tab labeled AETC Exhibit Price List , column E is rquesting a rolled-up total unit price based on the estimated total quantities from PP1-PP5

4. Statement of Need (SON) item 2.89, Inert Military Non-Electric Blasting Cap (M-7), shown on Attachment 2 with a unit of issue of Each (EA). The product description may describe this item in a package of 20 each blasting caps. The Government accepts Pkg or EA. (1 Pkg of 20 or 1 Box of 20:)

This combined synopsis / solicitation will accept offers of comparable commercial off the shelf (COTS) products that are equivalent to the requirement as stated in the statement of need. All offers must meet technically acceptability. The existing documents and information remains unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Counter-IED Counter-sUAS training aids (PSC 6910), prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); all required synopsis information is either located in this FBO posting or associated RFP Letter.

The 338th Enterprise Source Squadron (338 ESS) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in response to this solicitation. This acquisition contains brand name specifications; Per FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iv), a redacted copy of the required J&A is being made publicly available with the solicitation, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.102(a)(6). Offer due dates, instructions to offerors and all other pertinent information pertaining to this solicitation can be found in the attached RFP Letter, Statement of Need (SON), Pricing Exhibit, Clauses document and evaluation criteria.
