COTS Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) Antenna System

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to gather information on the availability of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) Antenna Systems.
This initiative aims to support the FAA's mission of ensuring safe and efficient air transportation by assessing potential vendors' capabilities and strategies for future procurement.
The information collected will assist in determining the acquisition strategy and whether there is sufficient competition for the requirement.

Work Details
The FAA is seeking COTS TACAN Antenna Systems, which include spare Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), technical manuals, training, and installation support services.
Interested vendors must provide detailed capability statements that include:
1. A brief description of the company, its services, number of employees, and National Airspace System (NAS) capabilities.
2. Engineering and manufacturing capability for antennas similar to the requirements stated in Section 4, including:
- Current production antennas and production capacity.
- Number of deployments of current production antennas and agencies served.
- Any obsolescence concerns for current production antennas.
- Installation experience and capacity.
- Dollar value and type of services provided under previous contracts related to this requirement.
- Number of years in business performing required services.

Responses may pertain to products or services delivered within the National Airspace System.
