CoStar License Renewal

Background
This contract is a sole source requirement for the renewal of the CoStar License, awarded directly to CoStar Realty Information, Inc. The USDA-Farm Production and Conservation agency is seeking to maintain access to CoStar's commercial items, which are essential for their operations.

The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to vital information and communication technology (ICT) services that comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a comprehensive Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each commercially available ICT item offered through this contract. This includes:
- Completing the ACR using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) Version 2.1 or later.
- Addressing applicable Section 508 requirements in detail, including how the ICT meets these standards in remarks/explanations.
- Providing documentation in electronic format that conforms to Level A and Level AA Success Criteria and Conformance Requirements in WCAG 2.0.
- Offering alternate formats for non-electronic support documentation upon request.
- Providing line item pricing data on all software licenses at award and/or during performance of the contract, as well as completed Software Attestation Forms for all software components delivered under this contract.
