This requirement is to provide Cost-Per-Reportable Results (CPPR) Clinical Laboratory Reagents and Consumables for Clinical Chemistry with Immunoassay Testing at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore (NHCL). The lease of analyzers, accessories technology, testing methodologies, quality control, training, technical support and maintenance are all cost associated with the supply requirement. Background
The Naval Health Clinic Lemoore (NHCL) requires Cost-Per-Reportable Results (CPPR) Clinical Laboratory Reagents and Consumables for Clinical Chemistry with Immunoassay Testing. The laboratory department at NHCL provides services to two Medical Home Ports Units, one Urgent Care Center, one Operating Room, and two branch health clinics/aid stations. The current total of patient laboratory tests reported in calendar year 2023-2024 is roughly 100,000 clinical laboratory tests. The instrumentation provided should offer required in-house laboratory tests that are ordered on a routine or emergent basis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all equipment, perform installation qualification, operational qualifications, performance qualifications, and minor construction with the purchase of the cost-per-reportable-results (CPPR) reagents and consumables to perform clinical chemistry with immunoassay laboratory testing. All analyzer and accessories technology, testing methodologies, quality control, and reagents used onboard the analyzers shall be approved by and compliant with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.

Period of Performance
The requirement will have a 12-month base period and 12-month four (4) option periods.
