Cost Estimating Software

Background
The 787 CES requires the procurement of Cost Estimating Software to support their mission. The goal of this contract is to provide access to cost estimating software that meets specific technical requirements, ensuring accurate project budgeting and cost validation for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver access to cost estimating software, specifically RS Means Online or an equivalent product. The software must adhere to the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Masterformat or an equivalent standard. Key requirements include:
- Provision of twenty-five (25) accounts that can be used simultaneously for cost estimating purposes.
- Inclusion of all necessary usernames and passwords or other applicable access methods.
- The software must utilize up-to-date and reliable construction estimating data.
- Helpdesk support must be provided for any access issues, with a response time of 24 hours if a helpdesk operator is unavailable.
- Collaboration with Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) IT offices to ensure accessibility on government networks and compliance with PCI and PII requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 5, 2024, to October 4, 2025, with options for an additional year and a further extension of 183 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, located at Building 2401 Vandenberg Ave, McGuire AFB, NJ 08641-5502, United States.
