Background
The solicitation W58RGZ-22-R-0066 is for a five-year Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the AH-64 Apache Cossi Clutch Assembly. Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul/upgrade for COSSI CLUTCH ASSEMBLY. The overhaul/upgrade planned quantity for 5 years is a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 720. The contractor shall conduct the Product Verification Audit (PVA) within 90 days after receipt of the reparables. The contractor shall prepare TAMMS-A data IAW DI-SESS-81758 and the TAMMS instructions in Exhibit A001 to the solicitation/contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is five years.
