The Marine Corps Systems Command has a requirement for operational support in the form of corrosion repair services. Program Management Combat Support Systems, Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) Team requires field-level intermediate maintenance support in the form of corrosion repair. The support includes inspection, disassembly, cleaning, body repair, surface preparation, coating application, registration marking and reassembly.

Background
The Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking operational support for corrosion repair services as part of its Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) Team. The goal of this contract is to provide field-level intermediate maintenance support, ensuring the integrity and functionality of government-owned vehicles, equipment, and components through effective corrosion repair.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, training, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies (excluding government-furnished items) to perform corrosion repair and restoration. Services include: inspection, disassembly, cleaning, body repair, corrosion removal, surface preparation, coating application, registration marking, and reassembly.

The contractor must meet a monthly production objective of repairing approximately 40 Principal End Items (PEI) for the U.S. Marine Corps, 6 PEI for the U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC), 4 PEI for the U.S. Navy Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), and 3 PEI for the Navy AIMD. All work must comply with OEM specifications and undergo quality control inspections at each stage of repair.

Period of Performance
8 months from the date of contract award with options extending up to 12 months based on performance.

Place of Performance
Corrosion Repair Facility (CRF), Building 616, Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan.
