Background
The Corporate Operations Support IDIQ contract is issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). The mission of NSWC PCD is to provide technical support and services to the Department of Defense and other government agencies. The goal of this contract is to deliver comprehensive corporate operations support services that include photography, security support, property management, management analysis, travel office support, and clerical support.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform a variety of tasks including:

1. **Photography Services**: Plan and organize photographic aspects of projects, including administrative photography for events such as ceremonies and portraits. Maintain readiness for short-notice requests.

2. **Security Support**: Provide support for Security Policy and Programs, including access to classified information up to SECRET level. Tasks include responding to security alarms, managing security containers, reviewing security eligibility using DISS, and assisting with background investigations.

3. **Property Management**: Manage inventory and documentation for Operating Materials and Supply (OM&S) and General Equipment (GE) programs. This includes conducting audits, maintaining databases, and ensuring compliance with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) systems.

4. **Management Analysis**: Conduct research and analysis on program effectiveness, life cycle costs, automation benefits, and develop evaluation plans.

5. **Travel Office Support**: Review travel authorizations and vouchers for compliance with regulations, provide guidance on travel requirements, and generate necessary documentation for travel expenses.

6. **Clerical Support**: Provide administrative assistance in onboarding processes, training sessions scheduling, maintaining training records, and supporting communication capabilities for training events.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple task orders with varying periods of performance as specified in each individual task order.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Florida.
