Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) issued a sole source firm-fixed priced contract, 12639526C0002, to Trace First Limited. The Period of Performance is a Base Year Plus Four Option Years. The objective of the contract is for continued maintenance support and mobility of the existing proprietary CoreOne software. The software is designed for comprehensive and integrated animal health management. Integration will provide interoperability and data sharing with VS animal health partners and collaborators. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, the work can only be performed by the original vendor and is a follow-on contract for a production system. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
