Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville District is issuing this solicitation for Operations and Maintenance Services at Cordell Hull Lake, located near Carthage, Tennessee.

The goal of the contract is to ensure effective management and maintenance of the lake and its facilities, which serve as a critical resource in the region. The contract will be a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract that includes one base period and four option periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, inspection personnel, materials, tools, parts, fuel, equipment, vehicles, and transportation to perform Operations and Maintenance Services at Cordell Hull Lake.

Specific tasks include:
1. Management and supervision of operations.
2. Inspection of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
3. Maintenance services including but not limited to grass mowing, cleaning recreational facilities, and janitorial services.
4. Development of Operations Plans that detail staffing levels, equipment needs, crew schedules, and transportation requirements.
5. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws during the performance of work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026. If all option years are exercised, the contract could extend until November 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed in the Cordell Hull Lake area located in Smith, Jackson, and Clay counties in Tennessee.
